SC Kriens manager and former Swiss international full-back Bruno Berner was back in front of the camera last Friday (13 October), as he joined the panel on Teleclub Sport’s Kick-Off show in his homeland.

Berner, whose SC Kriens side are currently top of 1.Liga Promotion, formed part of a number of discussions on the show, commencing with reaction to the 14-month ban handed to FC Sion president Christian Constantin, who struck former Switzerland coach Rolf Fringer following Sion’s 2-1 Swiss Super League win in Lugano in September.

In addition, the panel speculated about how St. Gallen would react following a heavy 6-1 defeat to Young Boys Bern and assessed the young reigning champion FC Basel outfit that recently acquired Albian Ajeti from St. Gallen.
