This summer I have welcomed the chance to switch the technical area for the television studio, as an analyst for this summer’s World Cup coverage on SRF Sport in Switzerland. Working in the media is always an experience I enjoy, with this recent experience made more dynamic with the introduction of a live audience. On Friday, I will be in the studio for my fifth appearance of the competition, for the station’s coverage of Australia’s Round of 32 clash with Egypt, which will hopefully follow on from Switzerland reaching the Round of 16 earlier that day.
